HCTRA Ferry Design

TSGI is providing the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) with services to preserve, maintain, repair and improve the existing Lynchburg Ferry. TSGI performed a feasibility study to measure the effectiveness of the replacement boats for the Crosby Lynchburg ferry crossing serviced by HCTRA. The study identifies scores and tanks the major design features that would be incorporated into a new ferry vessel, and then compares the abilities of the new design with that of the existing boats in the fleet.
